Cancellation Policy

120時間(約5日)以前無料　 120時間〜72時間前(約5〜3日前)20％　 72時間〜24時間前(約3〜1日前)50％　 24時間〜0時間前(約1日前〜当日)100％ 　 If you cancel a tour or activity;　 more than 120 hours before, no cancellation fee　 within 120 hours, more than 72 hours before, 20%　 within 72 hours, more than 24 hours before, 50%　 24 hours or less before, 100%　 will be charged under any circumstances. The booking may be cancelled because of unexpected problems since the tour is operated by one person. In that case, you will be 100% refunded, however we shall not be held responsible for other damages that may occur as a result of cancellation.
