1. Guest Cancellations

The following cancellation fees apply if you cancel your booking:

More than 120 hours before the tour: No cancellation fee
Within 120 hours but more than 72 hours before the tour: 20% of the tour price
Within 72 hours but more than 24 hours before the tour: 50% of the tour price
24 hours or less before the tour: 100% of the tour price

These cancellation fees also apply when cancellations are caused by circumstances beyond your control, such as traffic congestion or public transportation disruptions. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellation fees.

2. Cancellation by the Tour Operator

As Native Fuji is operated by a single guide, a tour may occasionally need to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. A tour may also be cancelled if the operator determines that it is unsafe to proceed due to an official severe weather warning issued for the tour area or other serious disaster-related conditions affecting the tour area.
In such cases, you will receive a 100% refund of the tour price. However, Native Fuji cannot be held responsible for any additional costs, losses, or damages resulting from the cancellation.
